![]() ![]() If you have checked them and the issue still exists, as I know, it may be affected by the add-ins or other 3rd tools, it's suggested to close other programs and run your Outlook in safe mode(Windows + R >type "Outlook.exe /safe">enter) to check if the issue has any difference. So please first check your setting in Outlook via File> Options> Calendar>Auto Accept/DeclineĪlso, any rules in Outlook may cause the user auto decline any request, it's suggested to disable the rules temporarily to test(Rules>Manage rules and alerts>uncheck all rules). If so, how did you send the meeting request(from Outlook or other calendar tools)? Is there anything special about this meeting(such as it's a recurring meeting)?Īnd if you create a normal meeting in Outlook, could this issue be reproduced?īased on my research, in the point of Outlook, we could automatically accept or decline meeting request via changing the setting of Outlook, and the setting would be synced to server and wouldn't be reset even if we create a new profile, which is same with your issue.
